
Payment options
DryBell products can currently be purchased online from the DryBell web page. The order should be paid in full before the product is shipped. We accept bank transfers and payment through the PayPal account info@drybell.com.
Product prices
All the prices listed on the DryBell web page are tax free. There is a possibility that you will have to pay tax in your country. You might also have to pay customs fees as well. Please familiarize yourself with the custom and tax laws in your country.
Waiting list
There is currently a waiting list for the Vibe Machine. To sign up prepayment is not required; just send an e-mail to info@drybell.com. After signing up for the waiting list, within 72 hours you will receive an email with the estimated delivery time for your pedal. If you haven’t received the email, please send it again. Please bear in mind that the production of the pedal is ongoing and we are doing our best to work as fast as possible. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery time may potentially vary.
After the pedal is ready for shipping, you will receive an email confirmation, an invoice with the payment details and the serial number of the product. Products will be shipped once payment + shipping have been received.
Return policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your new DryBell product, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. You can choose any shipping service you like to return the product. The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. We recommend using a postal service which tracks shipments and provides delivery confirmation.
Please take good care of your new DryBell product if you have not yet decided to keep it. The product has to be returned in its original condition as well as in the original packaging, including the invoice, manual and other accessories. Please be sure to package the product carefully.
Before returning the product, you have to notify us on info@drybell.com where you will receive detailed instructions concerning how to label the package.
You will be reimbursed to your PayPal account after we have checked the product. If it is damaged, dysfunctional or incomplete, a maximum of 75% of the purchase price will be returned. If the product is in the condition it was received in, your full purchase price will be refunded. Shipping costs are not included.
International shipping
DryBell pedals are sent exclusively via the post office. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and need to be paid separately; the shipping costs for all countries are $25. Products will be shipped registered via Croatian post-office. The standard delivery time from Croatia is around 15 days, though often less.
In case you want a faster shipping service, please send an enquiry to info@drybell.com. A delivery time of 5-7 working days costs $47.
These prices include shipping for only one pedal. For purchasing more pedals the price is a little bit higher. For shipping prices for more than one pedal, please send an enquiry to info@drybell.com.
Please notify us when you have received the DryBell product on info@drybell.com. In the package there is a duplicate invoice copy. Please keep the original invoice because it contains the serial number of the product; this is crucial when obtaining the warranty service.

We usually communicate via email and strive to send a reply as quickly as possible. If your reply hasn’t arrived within 72 hours, please send us an email again.
